Independent Candle Sales Distributor. NYC, NY

JOB TYPES: PT/FT; 1099; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, outbound B2B calling telemarketing, or sales.
• Must be very upbeat, friendly, and detailed and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
• Must be able to complete and pass a felony background verification check.
• Must have strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done!
*We will train you thoroughly online.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internet, computer, telephone, or cell phone with unlimited long distance.

LOCATION: Telecommute from your home office. We are hiring remote Independent Candle Sales Distributors in all 50 states of the U.S.

JOB OBJECTIVE & PAY LEVELS:

Level 1 - You will recruit independent candle sales distributors to sell and market the All Wax Candle Company candles and other products. A recruit candidate is someone that is qualified to sell candles and other All Wax Candle products.

CANDLE SALES COMPENSATION:

Profit margins earned will range from $5.75 - $16.25 per candle or wax melt sale generated and will depend on your own pricing point.

BOOST UP YOUR SALES

Level 2 - You will sell the candles directly to businesses or to the general public online and in person.
$15.00 for anyone that you hire as a Virtual Recruiters that wants to recruit others to sell or hire other people in the company. 
We will pay you for this directly for any referrals that sign up with us as a Premium Member of $185.00 to join as an Independent Candle Sales Distributor.
